Preheat oven to 425 F
Combine olive oil, adobo, honey, lime, paprika, cumin, and salt in a large bowl and stir
Add in cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated with the mixture
Spread the florets across a lined baking sheet and roast for 35-40 mins, flipping them half way through
As the cauliflower cooks, combine yogurt, avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt & pepper in a blender and blend until smooth
Once the cauliflower is done, spread about 2 Tbsps refried black beans across a corn tortilla, place the cauliflower in a row in the middle and roll
Then in a pan with oil lightly fry the taquitos on both sides. Once done serve with the crema and enjoy!
