First up is a super simple banana berry protein smoothie. My mornings tend to get away from me so I usually make this smoothie when I’m short on time but I know I need something in my system. Ingredients

  • Banana1 pc
  • Blueberries1 cup
  • Hemp seeds1 Tbsp
  • Date2 pcs
  • Greek yogurt, plain 1 scoop
  • Soy milk1 cup
  • Whey protein powder1 scoop (optional for yourself)

Steps

  1. 1. Toss everything into a blender, except Whey, and blend until smooth!
  2. 2. Add Whey for yourself if wished.
