First up is a super simple banana berry protein smoothie. My mornings tend to get away from me so I usually make this smoothie when I’m short on time but I know I need something in my system. Ingredients
- Banana1 pc
- Blueberries1 cup
- Hemp seeds1 Tbsp
- Date2 pcs
- Greek yogurt, plain 1 scoop
- Soy milk1 cup
- Whey protein powder1 scoop (optional for yourself)

- 1. Toss everything into a blender, except Whey, and blend until smooth!
- 2. Add Whey for yourself if wished.
