Ingredients

  • Pasta 1 cup
  • Black beans1 can, drained
  • Olive oildrizzle
  • Red bell pepper1 piece
  • Orange bell pepper1 piece
  • Corn1 can, drained

Recommended after 12 months old

Steps

  1. 1. Legume pasta, homemade OR jarred pasta sauce (aim for low/no sodium if possible), and baked tofu pressed, seasoned and tossed in EVOO.
  2. 2. Bake the tofu at 350 for 25-30 mins, serve on top of the pasta, add the sauce, top with nutritional yeast and enjoy! ⁠ ⁠
