Ingredients
- Pasta 1 cup
- Black beans1 can, drained
- Olive oildrizzle
- Red bell pepper1 piece
- Orange bell pepper1 piece
- Corn1 can, drained

Steps
- 1. Legume pasta, homemade OR jarred pasta sauce (aim for low/no sodium if possible), and baked tofu pressed, seasoned and tossed in EVOO.
- 2. Bake the tofu at 350 for 25-30 mins, serve on top of the pasta, add the sauce, top with nutritional yeast and enjoy!
