  • Banana1 cup
  • Strawberries1/2 cup
  • Oats2 tbsp
  • Milk1/3 cup
  • Maple syrup2 tsp
  • Acai puree frozen3.5 oz

Steps

  1. 1. Slice the banana into small circles and cut the strawberries into pieces. Measure the amounts needed for the recipe and add them to a tray or Ziplock bag. Freeze for at least two hours before blending.
  2. 2. Add the frozen fruits (banana, strawberries, acai), milk and rolled oats to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
