Ingredients

  • Watermelon2 cups, cubed
  • Strawberries10 pieces
  • Lemon juice1/4 piece, juice

Steps

  1. 1. Wash the watermelon, strawberries and lemon thoroughly.
  2. 2. Slice the watermelon into cubes with the rind removed, slice the strawberries and squeeze the lemon juice.
  3. 3. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until completely smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
  5. 5. Run the mold under a little warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Remove them from the mold and enjoy your healthy watermelon popsicles!
