Ingredients

  • Strawberries1 cup
  • Beets1/4 cup
  • Apple juice1/3 cup
  • Maple syrup2 tbsp
  • Jelly3 tbsp

Steps

  1. 1. Add the strawberries, cooked beets, maple syrup and apple juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer the fruit puree to a small bowl and add the unflavored gelatin. Mix and let it "bloom" for 3-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the gelatin mixture to a saucepan over low heat and whisk until dissolved (do not boil).
  4. 4. Place the silicone mold on a baking tray and transfer the gelatin mixture.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for 2h until firm, unmold, and enjoy!
