Ingredients
- Red lentil pasta8 oz
- Spaghetti sauce / marinara25 oz
- Spinach6 oz
- Red bell pepper2 pieces, diced
- Onions¼ piece, diced
- Green summer squash (zucchini)1 piece, diced
- Garlic5 cloves, minced
- Italian seasoning2-3 tsp
- Salt½ tsp
- Spices, chili pepper flakes⅛ tsp
- Parmasan cheese8 tbsp

Steps
- 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- 2. In a medium sized pot, saute the peppers, onion, zucchini, spinach, garlic and spices (italian seasoning, salt, crushed red pepper) for about 5-10 minutes until soft.
- 3. Combine the cooked veggie mixture with 1 jar of Marinara Sauce in a blender. Blend until smooth. (Alternatively you can add the red sauce to the pot, and use an immersion blender to blend it together).
- 4. Combine the cooked pasta with the superfood sauce mixture. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
