Ingredients
- Corn1 clean cob
- Avocado1 piece, ripe
- Breastmilk1 tbs

Steps
- 1. Boil, steam or microwave corn cob until kernels are tender and soft.
- 2. Using a small sharp knife, remove kernels from cob. Discard cob.
- 3. Scoop avocado flesh into a food processor or blender. Add corn kernels and liquid of your choice.
- 4. Blend or process until smooth and combined. Add more liquid if needed to get a creamy consistency.
- 5. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
