A nice blend of sweet and savoury - corn and avocado is an ideal combo for dinner! Make sure the kernels are pureed and aren't left whole (see recipe notes). If using an uncleaned corn cob, make sure you remove the husks and silk before proceeding with the recipe. Source: kidspot

Ingredients

  • Corn1 clean cob
  • Avocado1 piece, ripe
  • Breastmilk1 tbs

Steps

  1. 1. Boil, steam or microwave corn cob until kernels are tender and soft.
  2. 2. Using a small sharp knife, remove kernels from cob. Discard cob.
  3. 3. Scoop avocado flesh into a food processor or blender. Add corn kernels and liquid of your choice.
  4. 4. Blend or process until smooth and combined. Add more liquid if needed to get a creamy consistency.
  5. 5. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
