Steps
- 1. Peel, core and cut the apple into small pieces.
- 2. Bring a cup of water to boil in a small saucepan and add the apple. Turn the heat down a little and cook until soft, around 10 minutes. Don’t let the water boil dry; add a little more if you need to. Drain.
- 3. Remove mango flesh from mango peel and stone. Discard peel and stone.
- 4. Blend or process apples with mango until smooth and combined.
- 5. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
