Ingredients

  • Olive oil2 tbs
  • Beef500 g, minced
  • Onions1 piece, (diced)
  • Carrots1 piece, (diced)
  • Apple1 piece, (grated, peeled)
  • Red bell pepper1 piece, (diced)
  • Green summer squash (zucchini)1 piece, (diced)
  • Noodle soup50 g
  • Pineapple400 g (crushed)
  • Vinegar2 tbs
  • Brown sugar1 tbs
  • Water3 cups
  • Spices, curry powder1 tbs

Steps

  1. 1. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and cook the mince and onion.
  2. 2. Add the curry powder and fry off for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil.

  5. 5. Serve with rice.
