Save this post! With most of our kiddos at home this week I wanted to share another fun and easy snacktivity that the whole family can enjoy! These yogurt dipped apples are low in added sugar, incredibly simple to make, and can be modified to suit your tastes and preferences. Ingredients
- Apple1 pc
- Greek yogurt, plain1/2 cup
- Honey1 tsp
- Lemon juice2 Tbsp
- Pumpkin seeds10 g
- Sunflower seeds10 g
- Dried cranberries10 g
- Shredded coconut10 g
- Cacao powder10 g

Steps
- 1. In a small bowl mix the honey into the yogurt until well combined and set aside
- 2. Coat each apple slice with a bit of lemon juice to prevent them from browning
- 3. Dip half of each apple into the yogurt and honey mixture and set them onto a parchment lined tray or plate
- 4. Sprinkle the apples with your toppings of choice
- 5. Pop the apples into the freezer for about an hour or until the yogurt is frozen solid then remove, serve, and enjoy!
