Ingredients
- Sweet potato1, medium
- Olive oilto sprinkle

Steps
- 1. Slice into wedges length-wise
- 2. Add to a large bowl and sprinkle with a bit of olive oil (enough to thinly coat each wedge)
- 3. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper
- 4. Toss wedges so that they are coated evenly in spices and oil
- 5. Bake at 400 for 30-40 mins
