Ingredients
- Peanut butter1/2 cup
- Soy sauce2 Tbsp
- Rice vinegar2 Tbsp
- Garlic2 Tsp
- Honey3 Tbsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Lime juice60 g
- Rice noodles227 g
- Carrots1 cup
- Broccoflower, raw1 head
- Sesame oil2 Tbsp
- Sesame seeds1 Tbsp

Steps
- 1. In a small bowl mix together nut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, water, honey, and lime juice. Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are combined. TIPS: Taste as you go. If you need to thin out the consistency add more water 1 tsp at a time. If your peanut butter is thick you can heat it in the microwave first. Omit honey for kids under 1
- 2. Add sesame oil to a pan and sauté your veggies lightly. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender
- 3. While the veggies are cooking bring a medium saucepan filled with water to a boil
- 4. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the box
- 5. Once the noodles are cooked, add them to your veggie mixture, top with sauce, and mix until all components are thoroughly combined
- 6. Top with sesame and additional sauce if desired, serve, & enjoy!
