Ingredients

  • Potato600 g
  • Spices, oregano3 g
  • Parsley3 g
  • Spices, paprika3 g
  • Spices, garlic powder3 g
  • Spices, onion powder3 g
  • Spices, chili powder3 g
  • Salt3 g
  • Spices, black pepper3 g
  • Avocado oil4 tsbp

Steps

  1. 1. Wash you potatoes well then cut them into bite-sized cubes, leaving the skin on⁠
  2. 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil⁠
  3. 3. Add the potatoes to the pot and let them boil about 8-10 minutes, until tender but you want to make sure they aren’t too soft⁠
  4. 4. Drain the water carefully and let them sit for about 5-10 minutes⁠
  5. 5. While the potatoes are cooling, heat your oven to 425 degrees F⁠
  6. 6. Then coat the potatoes generously with oil and seasonings of your choice making sure to cover them evenly⁠
  7. 7. Transfer the potatoes to a parchment lined baking sheet then roast in the over for about 45-55 minutes or until golden brown⁠
  8. 8. Once done remove from heat, cool, and enjoy!⁠
