- Spices, oregano3 g
- Parsley3 g
- Spices, paprika3 g
- Spices, garlic powder3 g
- Spices, onion powder3 g
- Spices, chili powder3 g
- Salt3 g
- Spices, black pepper3 g
- Avocado oil4 tsbp

Steps
- 1. Wash you potatoes well then cut them into bite-sized cubes, leaving the skin on
- 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 3. Add the potatoes to the pot and let them boil about 8-10 minutes, until tender but you want to make sure they aren’t too soft
- 4. Drain the water carefully and let them sit for about 5-10 minutes
- 5. While the potatoes are cooling, heat your oven to 425 degrees F
- 6. Then coat the potatoes generously with oil and seasonings of your choice making sure to cover them evenly
- 7. Transfer the potatoes to a parchment lined baking sheet then roast in the over for about 45-55 minutes or until golden brown
- 8. Once done remove from heat, cool, and enjoy!
