Ingredients
- Peach1 can
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Baking soda1 tsp
- Spices, cinnamon1/4 tsp
- Egg1 pc
- Coconut oil2 Tbs
- Milk1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour1 cup

Steps
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350
- 2. Purée the peaches using a high powered blended or food processor and set aside
- 3. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon
- 4. Add the peach purée, egg, coconut oil and milk to the dry mixture and stir until everything is just combined
- 5. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin
- 6. Bake for 20-25 mins until the edges are golden brown and the tops of the muffins spring back when lightly touched
- 7. Remove from the oven, let cool, serve, and enjoy!
