Ingredients

  • Peach1 can
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Baking soda1 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon1/4 tsp
  • Egg1 pc
  • Coconut oil2 Tbs
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour1 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350⁠
  2. 2. Purée the peaches using a high powered blended or food processor and set aside⁠
  3. 3. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon⁠
  4. 4. Add the peach purée, egg, coconut oil and milk to the dry mixture and stir until everything is just combined⁠
  5. 5. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin⁠
  6. 6. Bake for 20-25 mins until the edges are golden brown and the tops of the muffins spring back when lightly touched⁠
  7. 7. Remove from the oven, let cool, serve, and enjoy!⁠
