Ingredients
- Oats2.5 cups
- Date1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Apple1 pc
- Milk3/4 cup
- Egg2 pcs
- Vanilla extract2 tsp
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Baking soda1/2 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Spices, cinnamon2 tsp

Steps
- 1. Add chopped dates into your blender and pour boiling water over them. Allow to sit for 5 minutes then blend until smooth
- 2. Add diced apples and milk to the blender and puree until smooth
- 3. Add remaining ingredients and puree until oats are well ground, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed
- 4. Line muffin tin with muffin papers and fill 2/3 full with batter (parchment or silicone baking cups are recommended)
- 5. Sprinkle each muffin with additional oats on top if desired
- 6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins
- 7. Remove from oven, let cool, serve, and enjoy!
