Ingredients

  • Oats2.5 cups
  • Date1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Apple1 pc
  • Milk3/4 cup
  • Egg2 pcs
  • Vanilla extract2 tsp
  • Baking powder2 tsp
  • Baking soda1/2 tsp
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon2 tsp

Steps

  1. 1. Add chopped dates into your blender and pour boiling water over them. Allow to sit for 5 minutes then blend until smooth⁠
  2. 2. Add diced apples and milk to the blender and puree until smooth⁠
  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients and puree until oats are well ground, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed⁠
  4. 4. Line muffin tin with muffin papers and fill 2/3 full with batter (parchment or silicone baking cups are recommended)⁠
  5. 5. Sprinkle each muffin with additional oats on top if desired⁠
  6. 6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins⁠
  7. 7. Remove from oven, let cool, serve, and enjoy!⁠ ⁠
