In a large bowl mix your nut butter and honey until they are well combined
Toss in the cheerios, sunflower seeds, and sprinkles mixing thoroughly making sure that your cheerios are completely coated with the nut butter/honey mixture
Press the mixture into a parchment-lined square baking pan until it is well packed (I also placed a piece of parchment paper on top and pressed using the palm of my hand to make sure it is pressed evenly)
Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours and then slice into squares, serve, and enjoy! Keep the bars in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. They are best served cold!
