Ingredients
- Peanut butter3/4 cup
- Honey1/3 cup
- Cereal or granola bar3 1/2 cups
- Sunflower seeds1/2 cup
- Sprinkles1/4 cup

Steps
- 1. In a large bowl mix your nut butter and honey until they are well combined
- 2. Toss in the cheerios, sunflower seeds, and sprinkles mixing thoroughly making sure that your cheerios are completely coated with the nut butter/honey mixture
- 3. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined square baking pan until it is well packed (I also placed a piece of parchment paper on top and pressed using the palm of my hand to make sure it is pressed evenly)
- 4. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours and then slice into squares, serve, and enjoy! Keep the bars in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. They are best served cold!
