I could have been doing fifty-leven other things but I had a recipe that I spent time making and shooting and editing with the hopes that one of you will make these tots and your kiddo who has never touched spinach a day in their life will love them and spinach will be their new favorite thing lol. That was a mouthful but to put it plainly: I spent time on this reel, so y’all gon get these ugly tots whether you like it or not. Plus, it’s all about progress not perfection right?? Ingredients
- Potato300
- Spinach10 oz

Steps
- 1. Wash and peel the potatoes Boil them for 20-30 mins until they are tender but still have a little give in the middle
- 2. Grate the potatoes Toss the spinach into a food processor or blender
- 3. Use a towel to squeeze the liquid from the spinach Add the spinach to the potatoes
- 4. Mix in your spices and combine everything using your hands Form the tots using your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- 5. Dust the tops with olive oil Bake them at 375 for 30-40 mins flipping them over about halfway through
- 6. Remove, let cool, serve with a dipping sauce of your choice & enjoy!
