Ingredients
- Vegetable mix1 cup
- Rice1 cup
- Egg100 g
- Soy sauce5 g
- Carrots30 g

Steps
- 1. Scramble the eggs in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat (can season with salt and pepper if you choose)
- 2. Set the egg aside once done and add the veggies into the pan
- 3. Sauté the veggies until tender and season to your taste (a combo of garlic powder, chili powder, and onion powder never fails me )
- 4. Microwave the rice and add to the pan along with the eggs that were previously set aside
- 5. Sprinkle with about 1 tsp of coconut aminos and mix thoroughly (may omit this step if you’re preparing this for younger babes <2 yrs when avoiding salt is ideal)
- 6. Remove from heat, top with shredded carrots, serve and enjoy!
