Prepare a fun and flavorful meal for your little one with Chicken Cashew Satay on Lolly Sticks. These toddler-friendly satay skewers feature bite-sized pieces of chicken coated in a delicious cashew satay sauce.

Ingredients

  • Cashew butter1 1/2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tsp
  • Honey1/2 tsp
  • Chicken breast1 piece
  • Garlic1, crushed
  • Oil1 tsp
  • Coconut milk50 ml
  • Broccoli, cooked1 small head
  • Rice1 cup, cooked

Steps

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C/160 C fan/gas 4. Feed the chicken chunks onto 3 lolly sticks. Arrange on a tray and cook in the oven for 8-10 mins or until cooked through.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan. Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Stir in the nut butter, soy sauce, honey and coconut milk. Add 2 tbsp of water if preferred. Warm through.
  3. 3. Serve the chicken lolly sticks with a spoonful of dip, Tenderstem broccoli and rice.
