  • Berries1/4 cup
  • Apple4 slices
  • Brown rice1 cup
  • Raisins2 tablespoons
  • Banana10 slices
  • Peach10 slices
  • Nuts2 tablespoons
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Spices, cinnamon1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. 1. Wash hands with soap and water.
