Ingredients
- Canola oil2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar1/4 cup
- Oat bran2 1/4 cups
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Spices, cinnamon1 1/2 teaspoon
- Banana1 piece
- Orange juice1/2 cup
- Egg1 piece
- Milk, non-fat3/4 cup
- Raisins1 tablespoon
- Applesauce3/4 cup

Steps
- 1. Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
- 3. Mix the first four dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix the egg with orange juice, milk, and oil. Mix fruit and blend with dry ingredients.
- 4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry until it is moist.
- 5. Spray muffin tin with a non-stick coating. Pour batter into muffin tins.
- 6. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Remove muffins from pan after 10 minutes. Cool on a rack. Freeze muffins for later use.
