Ingredients

  • Canola oil2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar1/4 cup
  • Oat bran2 1/4 cups
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Spices, cinnamon1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Banana1 piece
  • Orange juice1/2 cup
  • Egg1 piece
  • Milk, non-fat3/4 cup
  • Raisins1 tablespoon
  • Applesauce3/4 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
  3. 3. Mix the first four dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix the egg with orange juice, milk, and oil. Mix fruit and blend with dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry until it is moist.
  5. 5. Spray muffin tin with a non-stick coating. Pour batter into muffin tins.
