Steps
- 1. Cook the Plums: Place chopped plums and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until soft.
- 2. Blend and Strain: Blend the cooked plums with the remaining 1/4 cup water until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp and skin.
- 3. Prepare the Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over the plum juice and let it bloom for 2 minutes. Stir until dissolved and mix in the 1 tbsp apple juice concentrate.
- 4. Mold the Jelly: Pour the mixture into 3 small molds or cups. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until set.
