Steps

  2. 2. Blend the rice with ⅓ cup of water.
  3. 3. Transfer the rice into a saucepan and cook it with low heat.
  4. 4. Keep stirring to prevent lumps.
  5. 5. When it reaches starchy consistency, it is finished. If you want to lose consistency, add more water.
