Ingredients
- Soy sauce1/4 cup
- Orange juice1/2 cup
- Honey2 tbs
- Sesame oil2 tsp
- Garlic1 clove (minced)
- Beef500 g
- Garlic1 clove (minced)
- Egg1 pc (lightly beaten)
- Oyster sauce1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Green onions2 pcs (finely chopped)
- Breadcrumbs, panko1 cup
- Ginger root2 tsp (freshly grated)
- Ginger root2 tsp (freshly grated)

Steps
- 1. Heat oven to 210°C (190°C fan-forced) and line an oven tray with baking paper.
- 2. Mix meatball ingredients together and roll 1 tablespoon of mixture for each meatball.
- 3. Place on the oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- 4. Place the rest of the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6. Remove meatballs from the oven and pour a teaspoon of glaze over each meatball.
- 7. Continue to bake for a further 10 minutes.
- 8. Remove meatballs from the oven and toss through the remaining glaze.
- 9. Serve on a salad, steamed vegetables, rice noodles, rice or a combination of any of these.
