Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh1 lb
  • Egg1 piece
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Carrots1 piece
  • Parmasan cheese1/2 cup
  • Breadcrumbs, panko1/2 cup
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Spices, garlic powder1/2 tsp
  • Spices, onion powder1/2 tsp

Steps
