- Milk2 cups
- Oats1 cup

- Spices, ground ginger½ tsp
- Green summer squash (zucchini)1 cup

Steps
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with water; set aside and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- 2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan or 8-inch round pan with cooking spray.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine water or milk, chia mixture, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and zucchini. Mix together until fully combined.
- 4. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- 5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the baked oats are golden brown and firm when touched in the center.
