Ingredients

  • Pear1 piece
  • Olive oilsprinkle
  • Spices, cinnamonsprinkle
  • Water2 Tbsp
  • Yogurtin a bowl
  • Spices, cardamomsprinkle

Steps

  1. 1. Cut the pear into age appropriate pieces (remove skin if desired)⁠
  2. 2. Sprinkle a little bit of olive oil in a pan⁠
  3. 3. Add the sliced pears and cook over medium heat until brown (about 5-6 mins)⁠
  4. 4. Sprinkle with spices, add about 1-2 Tbsp water, reduce heat to med-low and let them cook until soft (about 5-8 mins)⁠
  5. 5. Once done, remove from heat and let cool⁠
  6. 6. Serve yogurt in a bowl (either dairy or non-dairy work), top with pears, dried cranberries, and chia seeds and enjoy! ⁠
