Ingredients
- Pear1 piece
- Olive oilsprinkle
- Spices, cinnamonsprinkle
- Water2 Tbsp
- Yogurtin a bowl
- Spices, cardamomsprinkle

Steps
- 1. Cut the pear into age appropriate pieces (remove skin if desired)
- 2. Sprinkle a little bit of olive oil in a pan
- 3. Add the sliced pears and cook over medium heat until brown (about 5-6 mins)
- 4. Sprinkle with spices, add about 1-2 Tbsp water, reduce heat to med-low and let them cook until soft (about 5-8 mins)
- 5. Once done, remove from heat and let cool
- 6. Serve yogurt in a bowl (either dairy or non-dairy work), top with pears, dried cranberries, and chia seeds and enjoy!
